Nope! Though we do believe exercise is a crucial element to keeping your body in shape and will only enhance the benefits of our program, it’s not at all required. We’ll be focused more on what you’re putting in your body, and how you’re doing it.

I understand that being a mom to a little one keeps your hands full!
That’s why the Fit As f*ck challenge is designed to be flexible.
Most workouts are structured to be quick and efficient, taking about 30 minutes per day.
This makes it easier to fit into a busy schedule, whether it's during naptime, early in the morning, or in little bursts throughout the day.

For the workouts, you'll need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a yoga mat would be helpful. Resistance bands are recommended but not mandatory. You can still get effective workouts without them.
As for the cooking and recipes, they are designed to be simple, healthy, and quick to prepare.
We know you've got your hands full, so these recipes are manageable even with a playful toddler around. They’re nutritious enough for the whole family to enjoy, making mealtime easier for you.

While you can start the Fit As F*ck challenge at any point in your menstrual cycle, I recommend beginning during your follicular phase—the phase right after your period ends.
This phase typically features rising energy levels and increased pain tolerance, making it a great time to embark on new fitness challenges and activities.
However, the program is designed to be beneficial regardless of where you are in your cycle, providing flexibility to accommodate how you feel at different times of the month.
Adjustments can be made to match your energy levels and comfort, ensuring you can stay active and engaged with the program throughout your entire cycle.

You'll have lifetime access to the Fit As f*ck challenge once you join.
This means you can start the challenge whenever you want and repeat it as many times as you like.
